I need ideas, My boyfriends niece has a prom dress that she got at a yard sale this past summer.
She wants to make something out of it, but I am not sure what to make, I know how to sew but...
I taught her how to sew too,but niehter of us are great at it. I dont know if she could make a bag out of it or not? I dont know if it would be strong enough?

A decorative pillow, a clutch, a change purse, a headband, a belt...

...you could maybe make a wall hanging...get some photo transfer paper and print photos onto it then iron onto piece of cotton fabic...cut out and sew on to wall hanging...best of luck...
